You will have significant experiences. I hope you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley
Grandma's Covers
When you were small.....and just a touch away,
I covered you with blankets against the cool night air.
But now that you are tall.....and have moved far away,
I fold my hands and cover you with my goodnight prayer.

FINALLY A CONNECTION
Coleman runs into the room, "Where's baby brother?" I lifted him up to see Dominic. He gave him a big kiss and a hug. Chris had to work til late so we picked out some videos for Coleman to watch while Lacey and I visited. I made up the extra bed and piled the pillows high. Coleman wanted to lay with his baby brother and watch the movie. He was so cute.
I HAVE A BROTHER
It took a few days for Coleman to warm up to his new little brother. It was more entertaining for a rambunctious 2 year old to run the halls of the hospital pushing elevator buttons and trying to open all the doors to the patient rooms. He wanted to see Dominic, give him a kiss but did not want to hold him or touch him. He loved pushing the baby cart all over the room banging it into the walls, repeatedly washing his hand, pushing all the buttons on the bed and monitor, and opening and closing the bathroom door. Lacey missed Coleman and enjoyed his visits. He could tolerate being confined to the room maybe 10 min before he was DONE! Diane and I took Coleman around the Womens Center where he found some revolving doors. Around and round and round he'd go.
